Usha Food

Pamela DonarPamela Donar recently returned from the Usha Village December 2014. She has been there before and this time she shares with us some images of the food served for lunch and dinner.

 

Of course we all want to know what exactly is on the plates, but the language barrier will have to have its way as we are left to notice the alkaline foods that we ourselves are familiar with.

    I’ve been vi a reacurrance of a problem and i need some help in ovig it an assist me.
    I live in barbados though so the plants that you use might be here but are growing up out of a crack on the road. At least that is whst i was told.
