The Nutritional Guide

Around 2011 no one was checking for Dr. Sebi videos on youtube but they were all over the place. There were at least 6 different parties selling herbs and compounds due to Dr. Sebi’s influences (his sister, his wife, two of his daughters and two of his mistresses), not including his own office in LA, California and none of them except Ma’a and Annette were familiar with Dr. Sebi’s recommendations that he would usually provide during lectures. And the videos were right there for everyone on youtube.

Please keep in mind that the purpose of this website is to advocate the things that Dr Sebi has presented over the years; not what employees of the official office presents, nor his sister, his daughters, sons or grandsons. For instance, some people view the key lime as acid and backward information in regards to being alkaline, but this only indicates that they are not familiar with Dr. Sebi’s position that the key lime is indeed acid yet is better to use than the lemon.

The website is dedicated towards keeping up-to-date information regarding things Dr. Sebi has said. I use what I know from the collection of information that I have from Dr. Sebi to deliver a comprehensive perspective. So as you read you will learn just like I have learned that we should be putting together specific nutritional guides as an enhanced version of the current nutritional guide for people with particular issues – once we overstand the purpose of the nutritional guide. I am already familiar with a few people who ended up attacking the nutritional guide after enhancing their knowledge about the foods on the list when it comes to two things:
1. The significant concern of preventing the development of mucus in the body.
2. Healing as rapidly as possible.

Gaining these types of concerns that most definitely broadens your awareness is no excuse to demonstrating a dismissive attitude towards the nutritional guide. I believe that people do this because they have no clarity on the purpose of the nutritional guide. Establishing clarity on issues concerning the nutritional guide is what I am aiming for on this page.

Dr. Sebi’s office assistants made a list of foods to follow the pattern of his recommendations. There were times they would add things without checking with Dr. Sebi.

The nutritional guide was put together by people who assisted Dr. Sebi based on the things that he would recommend for people who INSISTED on eating foods that were detrimental to them.

What Dr. Sebi did was recommend the least detrimental versions of a food or comestibles that would replace harshly detrimental foods.

BROCCOLI
Dr. Sebi use to promote the consumption of it in the past but as of 2016 he says it needs to be completely left alone. His views on the nutritional guide does not align with the office on several of the items. Perhaps in time they will change it.

THE LEMON
Plenty of people insisted on the use of a citrus flavor so Dr. Sebi recommended the least detrimental source of a citrus item which is the "Key Lime" and the "Seville Orange." He clearly states that these items are acidic and that acid has no place in the body.

BEANS
For those who insisted on consuming beans and accosted Dr. Sebi with that concern, he simply recommended the least detrimental bean which was the "Garbanzo Bean." He clearly states that it has a little starch.

FRUITS
He does the same thing with fruits. He talks about how apples, pears, peaches and bananas are all hybrids and how berries from this country have not nutritional value but are not detrimental to us and those that are he then recommended replacements such as the burro banana instead of the Cavendish banana. All the way down to the selection of nuts, he warns us.

VANILLA & CINNAMON
Dr. Sebi speaks against the use of vanilla and cinnamon but he can be seen in videos using them in his bromide Plus. This is proof that Dr. Sebi's weening process took several years. Dr. Sebi would stop eating meat and return to eating meat (fish) over the years.

MUSHROOMS
Dr. Sebi not only spoke against Shitake mushrooms, he also spoke against consuming Kombucha mushrooms. It’s not a natural mushroom. It’s an artificial plant. And because it’s artificial you have to feed it glucose. Kombucha was made in Japan.

THE PRINCIPLES OF THE NUTRITIONAL GUIDE

The Principles of the Nutritional Guide include at least two things:
1. Preparing To Fast.
2. To Ween Ourselves Away From Detrimental Foods.

Not everyone reading this or at any given moment will be prepared with the mental and physical state to start fasting today. Dr. Sebi knew this. So to prepare people to stop eating he proposes that people consume the least detrimental foods because giving the body a break from consistent consumption of acidic foods will provide an opportunity for the body to cleans itself enough for the cells to receive enough minerals. Once you have been fed from a cellular position there will be less struggle with cravings and less sensations of being hungry.  Eating from the nutritional guide will prepare you to stop eating.

Once you have started eating from the nutritional guide, the weening process has begun. If you have stopped eating meat during the weening process, it does not mean that you will not return to eating meat. Some people can reach the overdrive state of consciousness that allows them to refrain from eating certain foods; never returning to eat them again - while for others, it's a process that can take years.

THE ORIGIN OF THE NUTRITIONAL GUIDE

There is no original nutritional guide that was ever put together to represent Dr. Sebi's complete advice for least detrimental food consumption. This is evident by when you see any so called, "Original Nutritional Guide" that it will have items on it that Dr. Sebi spoke against more than 10 years ago since 2016.

If you would like to compare Nutritional Guides, here is the link for the Nurtitional Guide via Dr. Sebi's official website. In the future when our recommended Foods on the Nutritional Guides match, I will announce so. Below we start with the list that comes from the office - when you see "{dropped}" it means that the office dropped it from their list; and when you see "{new}" it means the office added something new. When you see "{removed}" it means that I removed if from their list because Dr. Sebi speaks against it. And when you see a "{plus}" it means that I added it to their list because they never had it on their list and Dr. Sebi approves.  When the reconstruction of this guide is complete, all these markings will be removed and this page representing Dr Sebi's nutritional Guide will be promoted as Dr. Sebi's own.

Dr. Sebi has recommended the foods that are listed here as the least detrimental foods to consume while trying to ween our selves away from acid/hybrid food and it has been beneficial in its use for the reversal of disease for over 30 years. If your favorite food is missing from the list, Dr. Sebi's  research and results have proven that it has no nutritional value and may be detrimental to your health.

It is no surprise that many people have “wheat-allergies”, because wheat is not a natural grain; it is a hybrid product created by science and it is acid-based. Natural Growing Grains are alkaline-based; it is recommended that you consume the following instead of Wheat:

Amaranth
Black Rice    {dropped}
Fonio  {new}
Kamut
Quinoa
Rye
Spelt
Tef
Wild Rice

These grains can be found at Whole Foods Market (or any health food store) in the form of breads, flours, pastas and cereals.
