The Food alerts page is a list of items, food and herbs, etc that Dr. Sebi has spoken against. The information that you will find associated with foods listed here are quotes from Dr. Sebi. By now, some of the videos that can serve as evidence of what Dr. Sebi has said, may have been removed from YouTube. Anticipating this, I have developed several audio files to present when necessary. Currently I have over 300 audio bites of specific topics that Dr. Sebi has spoken on.

Please keep in mind, that the information here is gathered from sources that captured these messages in the past as far back as 1997. His learning process is sharpened right around the time he is arrested in 1987. Come the year 1985 he learns to be concerned with hybrids from dealing with an associate named Miss Holland. His research into fruits and vegetables uncovered not only a hybrid industry of foods, but poisonous and severely detrimental aspect of the economic P’s – Process, Production and Preservation; of food and herbs. The knowledge that he uncovered via his research, ends up becoming a part of his message for the next two decades when warning people about the consumption of certain foods.

Be sure to check back for updates, because as the advocate membership grows with people who are ambitious regarding discovering more of what Dr. Sebi has said, we end up finding new sources of information – so far every year.

? FOOD ALERT: Yeast – Yeast destroys the lymph nodes and the lymphatic system. Dr. Sebi refers to candida as a yeast infection.

? FOOD ALERT: Salt –  Will harden your arteries and eventually kill you. Dr. Sebi recommends the use of sea salt.

? FOOD ALERT: Apples –  It has inorganic lead.

? FOOD ALERT: Beets –  is a hybrid plant. Made in Holland Oxford; it’s laboratory product. It has inorganic lead.

? FOOD ALERT: Chlorella –  is not natural. It is a hybrid.

? FOOD ALERT: Parsley – Not recommended; also a hybrid plant. Use culantro instead.

? FOOD ALERT: Almond nut – It has cyanide.

? FOOD ALERT: Lemongrass – It will raise your blood pressure high very quickly. It’s a hybrid. Asian people use a lot of it in their soups. Thai people use a lot of it as well.

? FOOD ALERT: String Beans – Avoid it. It acid enough to be considered detrimental.

? FOOD ALERT: Maca – It’s a hybrid plant.

? FOOD ALERT: Maple Syrup – Formaldehyde is known to be used to make maple syrup. It is used to keep the hole open in the maple tree. It’s a chemical that really does damage to the body.

? FOOD ALERT: Black Rice – Chinese made the black rice. It is not a natural rice, it is a starch.

? FOOD ALERT: Broccoli – Being that broccoli is hybrid, unnatural, incomplete molecular structure, it should not be consumed by humans. It’s an acid based vegetable. It has no nutritional value and is worse than okra and spinach.

? FOOD ALERT: Cauliflower – It is worse than broccoli. It will rob you of your minerals. It has no carbon.

? FOOD ALERT: Garlic – is an oxide of allyl. It’s dangerous and doesn’t allow wounds to heal. It is 3.3 on the ph level chart. It burns cells and destroys cells and weakens the membrane. While garlic does lower blood pressure, it has a tendency to destroy the membrane.

? FOOD ALERT: Celery – Celery has the highest concentration of inorganic salt. Dr. Sebi recommends not using it under any circumstances.

? FOOD ALERT: Carrot – The carrot should not be eaten. It is man-made from combining the “Yarrow” which is the Queen Anne’s Lace and wild yam. It is starch. Carrot knowledge #1, #2, #3, #4

? FOOD ALERT: Rice – Contains cyanide and high levels of starch. Rice will compromise the mucous membrane. It is also high on the Glycemic index.

? FOOD ALERT: Acid/Hybrid foods & Herbs – Foxgloves, Cayenne Pepper, Chamomile, Comfrey, Rose hips, Echinacea, Golden seal, St. John’s Wort, Paprika, Licorice stick (has 50 times more sugar than sugar itself, and has glycyrrhizic acid –1) Pepper mint, Spear mint (mint seizes the brain), Aloe vera, Vitamin A and E. ? FOOD ALERT: Nutmeg – Deadly!!! Boil two nutmegs and drink the water; you’ll be dead in two minutes. Nutmeg has arsenic and was made by man.

? FOOD ALERT: Cinnamon – Is very much a poison. It is so poison that when you give it to a dog, he die in ten minutes. It does not have the same affect on the human body, but it is a hybrid an has cyanide.

? FOOD ALERT: Vanilla – It’s also a hybrid. But it doesn’t have the cyanide like nutmeg and cinnamon. It’s passable; you can use small increments, portions of it like drops

? FOOD ALERT: Milk – It is 6.0 on the ph level chart.

? FOOD ALERT: Starch – Spaghetti, Rice, Bean, Potatoes, Cane juice (highest concentration of starch) Starch is a binder. It is a chemical. To tie two unequal chemicals you have to use a starch. Starch will have you thinking logically, why you should kill yourself.

? FOOD ALERT: Corn and soybeans are two types of crops that have undergone genetic engineering.

? FOOD ALERT: Soy products – soy is a complex starch that creates sulfide in the body, it in turn eats up the iron and oxygen. It’s inorganic silica.

? FOOD ALERT: Cossava – the popular african dish. Not natural and has cyanide

? FOOD ALERT: Moringa – It’s benefits are compared to hybrid and acid based foods such as spinach, milk and carrots and is recommended by the Ayurvedic Indian system who also recommends cow milk.

? FOOD ALERT: Spinach – Acid, has a Ph level below 7.0, it is not alkaline although it may have beneficial substances just like the carrot and milk has beneficial substances. Spinach has a starch base and has no iron.

? FOOD ALERT: Cumin – Made in a laboratory; it’s an artificial chromosome. It’s extremely bad for the liver.

? FOOD ALERT: Shiitake mushrooms – Dr. Sebi does not recommend the consumption of shiitake mushrooms. It is a hybrid mushroom.

? FOOD ALERT: Kombucha mushrooms – Dr. Sebi spopke against. It’s not a natural mushroom. It’s an artificial plant. And because it’s artificial you have to feed it glucose. Kombucha was made in Japan.

HYBRID ACKNOWLEDGMENTS 
Dr. Sebi mentions ‘kale’ as being hybrid but states that it would not hurt you. He use to make the same statement about broccoli until he recently made a change in how he expressed the value of broccoli in 2016. Prior to this he has always stated that broccoli has no nutritional value and the he eats it. In a video made available on youtube in 2016 as he associated with guest, he expressed in an apologetic way that he use to promote the consumption of broccoli.

BUT IT USE TO BE ON THE NUTRITIONAL GUIDE, WHAT HAPPEN?
The information here comes straight from reviewing Dr. Sebi’s videos, based on what he said himself. So if you see items that use to be on any nutritional guides, it is because those managing the nutritional guide did not know that Dr. Sebi spoke against the item at the time.

OVERSTANDING THE P’s OF ECONOMICS
Processing, Production and Preservation include a variety of methods that are subject to change or are methods that you may be able to exclude in order apply a more beneficial or favorable method. In the same way alcohol is use to develop tinctures, alcohol is also used to develop vanilla. Dr. Sebi talks about how alcohol is an extreme degree of starch.

Major medical industries around the world are drunk with ambition to acquire extracts from herbs. Dr. Sebi refers to “extracts” as poison because it is severed from the BALANCE of it’s medicinal makeup. The decoctions (tea) is not as concentrated as flavor/medicinal industry extracts.

If you would like some vanilla flavor while staying within Dr. Sebi’s realm of approval, you would be better off grinding the vanilla bean to make a tea that you would apply to your cooking project for flavor or bread fiber.

When it comes to CINNAMON, we know Dr. Sebi used it even though he spoke out against it. So I hope you will favor my effort to provide some additional information. There are hundreds of types of Cinnamon, but only four varieties are used for commercial purposes. Our red flag concerns for cinnamon other than what Dr. Sebi has stated, is the content of “Coumarin.” Coumarin is a substance that can cause liver damage or complete failure. Only Ceylon Cinnamon has low levels of Coumarin, while all other varieties of Cinnamon have high levels of Coumarin. Visit the following website for an in-depth knowledge of cinnamon.
