Raw Brazil Nut Cheese Cake Topped with Fresh Strawberries dipped in plain coconut flakes and Strawberry Sauce.
Crust:
2c walnuts
Half c dates
Blend together
Press crust mixture in pan of choice
Cheese Filling:
3c of brazil nuts soaked overnight
1/3c Key lime juice
1/2c Agave Nectar
3/4c Coconut oil
1 tsp Allspice
Blend until creamy smooth
Strawberry Sauce:
Handful of Strawberries
6 Dates
1/4c Agave to taste
Blend and pour over Nut cake

Aishah Aminah Wah: I only tasted the filling and the crust separately. Darn good!! I haven’t cut a slice yet since it set. I’m not sure if you know what a Navy Bean Pie tastes like (not an approved food by the way) but the filling tastes just like it. Probably due to the allspice I used.
